Some twenty years ago, In my sophomore year of college, I met an Architect for the first time. While i had seen the fruits of his profession supporting my life and anchoring many of my memories, I had never met or held meaningful conversations with anyone who called Architecture a profession. It was during my first drafting class at a local community college that i discovered how little i understood about the places i inhabited and how much i could learn from the concretized stories framing modern dwelling. For an entire semester, Incame to class each day with questions. While the textbook was filled with answers, it often sparked more questions to be answered. Several years later i began Architecture school and have spent every day since interrogating my surroundings .
