THis project is the result of a design competition held with AIA Tampa Bay and the Hillsborough County Habitat for Humanity. The challenge was to propose a new housing direciton for a single family 3 bed/2bath residence with a minimal lot footprint and economical construction cost. 

Zeren designer brought together an interdisciplinary team of problem-solvers to propose a new LEAN prototype. OUr scheme rethought economies of habitation. Habitat 14 was our first exploration into the questions of modern domesticity.
